Absolutely hated it. It is automatically fixing the mobile number and then asking every detail like card no, atm pin and expiry date. I don't think these are necessary just for registering. Moreover what if you use one phone number for bank transactions like otp and another for online banking. Should learn how to develop an app which is both secure and user friendly.
Very easy to use this app. So simple. 1st time just install it from play store and it asks for sending a message which is a security checking SMS. It is mandatory for sending this sms. The app will ask you for sending a msg and it should be from your register mobile number. Then a page will be appear then submit ur ATM card no, card validity, pin, then there will be appear create login password, create it. It is a 4 digit pwd. Now u have receive a 4 digit pin called M pin at ur msg inbox. Change it from Change m pin option. Then go to my set up and touch fetch account details. Now it is complete. U can use it smoothly.
No facility to add in case if you have more than one account. It shows only one account... As I mentioned above Now I could realize that there is no facility to see you multiple accounts together. It will allow to see only one account. Even sent mail to mbteam@unionbankofindia. com. No use and no one bothered to response No use of using this umbolie as I have HDFC a/c with the same setup and could be able to see /operate. They are far better...
I like the Union Bank of India. But this app is one of the worst of it's kind. I tried reinstalling the app 3 times . Asks me to send message every time . Takes time . Shows notification like generic stuff not updated. Don't compicate things. Make it more user friendly. And to the bank thank you for the services but it's your responsibility to make it better!
Fund tranfer and recharge facilities are very useful and simple. This is a ATM based service. We have to add our ATM number and Pin. I faced one difficulty which is we cannot recharge all the amount. We can only recharge the amunt like 100, 210, 350, 400.. but we cannot recharge the amount like 111, 253, 339. Most of the mobile offers come like this.. There is no option to recharge these amounts.
Before update its working well... But after updating it doesn't work.... I install it again but now transaction time out is coming when process of sending Message to valid no start...... Totally fed up from this.. I suffer too much problems because of this... Now i try to change my bank...
