FTUSA E-Constat is an intuitive mobile application that replaces the paper report with a simple and fast digital solution. Report your car accidents directly from your smartphone in just a few steps and instantly submit them to your insurance company.
Key features:
Easy registration: Log in with your phone number via SMS (OTP) and complete your profile (first and last name, email).
Simplified reporting:
Identify your vehicle using the registration number, policy number, and date of the accident, with a connection to your insurance company's API. If there is no API, manually enter the information (company, policy, brand, etc.) or take a photo of your certificate.
Covers all types of accidents: glass breakage, collision, fire, theft, or other, with or without a third party. Joint accident reports use a QR code to share data between drivers. Detailed Information: Indicate the initial point of impact (required), the visible damage, and add up to 10 photos from your camera or gallery.
Geolocation: Automatically locate the accident (country, city, street, date, time) or manually enter details.
Interactive Sketch: Create a clear sketch with vehicles, signs, and trajectories. In case of disagreement, each driver can submit their own sketch.
Practical Observations: Add a text or voice description to explain the context.
Digital Signature: Validate your report with a finger signature.
Notifications: Receive an email and SMS to confirm the report has been sent. The policyholder is informed, even if they are not the one reporting the accident.
PDF Report: Generate a PDF with a QR code to confirm its authenticity, sent to you and your insurance company.
