Love the milk and the service Quality milk. My family loves it. What makes it even better is the absolutely professional service. From the delivery person to the person who answers calls at customer care, everybody on the Farmery team puts the customer first. Queries and concerns are promptly addressed. The app just got better and now it allows me to make changes to my delivery pattern real time.
Not able to cancel the subscription permanently. For raising complaint not able to select the date...useless pathetic app. Milk quality got worsed w.e.f 23/10/17. Raised complaint on customer care but they don't care...finally stopped milk delivery. Farmery pls note that success is not permanent.
Taste of real cow milk after such a long time in Delhi made me feel nostalgic. Loved the taste, your service and app! Future belongs to you if you maintain it(difficult job). well done for now!
Useless app - no way to cancel subscription. Once started there is no way to stop them sending their milk and pestering you with calls and texts to pay.... AVOID THE HASSLE
I have no problems with the app but inspite of repeated reminders, their milk gets delivered quite late in my society. I believe this would the be last month where I can give them a last chance, else I'll have to discontinue.
The customer service is pathetic. For resolving any issues i have to call them n number of times. The app has a lot of bugs such as the referral system doesn't ever work. Sometimes the delivery boy says lie and does not deliver the milk and the milk gets counted in the order and if I have to ask for correction then i need to call them n number of times to gets the issue resolved. If i have raised any complain on the app then there is no way i can see the status of the issue and it automatically turned to closed status and the issue does not gets resolved.
