look the coffee itself is five stars, the company is five stars, the app is probably a little bit less but they are such a great place to work with I can't do that. the app is kind of a wrapper for a web experience that can be clunky to get around in. it takes a little more to get to your subscriptions then you need, but everything does function. Great Dark theme.

JUST A NOTE: THIS IS TO RATE THE APP. NOT THE COFFEE! GO TO GOOGLE FOR THAT! I love the coffee. But not too wild about the app. I'd like to be able to add to or change my order if I need to while on my app, but I can't. Also, it would be great if I could actually chat with a human instead of getting cut off by the chat bot when I needed assistance through the app. Also, when trying to use the chat through the app, your chat bot tells me that I'm not logged in to my account even though I am.

it's only the best tasting coffee I have ever had. it's rich and bold and the flavor keeps going strong even when it turns cold it's still a great coffee not bitter! Thanks Dan Bongino for telling us how delicious this coffee is! we love it so much we bought stock in the company. keep up the good work.
