Very disappointed in there telematics service, got a tracker for 1 of my vans, the fitter came and told me the the device is faulty, the fitter took the old device with him , now got hit with a 100 euro bill for not returning the old device, was told nothing can be done, I spend thousands with them every month for my diesel cards, will need to look for a new company

The worst service ever. Call no one pickup. When refer to cs, ask call hq, ca ll sales. When call sales, say send email. When email. No reply. Stupid business

The Android app will not allow a Geofence to be setup. To setup a Geofence the application in a browser has to be used. Requested that a Geofence be available in the Android App, but this has not been done. For this reason, would not purchase for a motorhome.
