Was trying to cancel wash membership. I had to register my tag to do so. Instead of canceling the membership I was charged an extra monthly fee for a membership I already payed for and still unable to cancel the account

Worst app experience! Keeps saying I have no internet but all my other apps work. When it does work it won't scan. I have yet to be able to use the car wash without having to call the attendants.
