The location of gas stations is completely inaccurate. I was parked at a participating gas station recently filling up and the app told me I was in the middle of a field. The location of roads are off. The location of gas stations are inaccurate. Somehow it doesn't surprise me that the state college I work for uses this useless app and service. If you're trying to make a decision on who to use for your fleet, keep looking.

they need to fix the GPS feature of this app every time I open it it automatically puts me in Nashville Tennessee and I am nowhere near it when I try to use GPS to find a feeling location it automatically sets my start location in Nashville developers need to fix this it's not a problem on my device our company owns

The new Driven software, both the app and the web portal have been broken all month. Spent hours on the phone over multiple days with no positive result. Now I have to pay convenience fees to pay over the phone. Absolute nightmare.
