The app is your personal nutrition hub. View and interact with simple and delicious recipes and meal plans to help fuel your health, training adaptations, recovery and performance. Improve your knowledge through infographics and other educational resources shared with you by your nutritionist.
• Feed: get the latest news, updates and announcements from your nutritionist straight to your feed.
• Food logging/calorie counting: log your foods straight into Fuel My Performance. Scan barcodes, take food photos and share them with your nutritionist for feedback.
• Recipe filter: find recipes based to your nutrition requirements. Filter by total calories, carbohydrates, proteins and fats, or use percentage ratios to find a suitable recipe.
• Activity tracking: log your workouts and training sessions.
• Appointments: don't miss upcoming appointments and workshops scheduled by your nutritionist.
• In-app messaging: for remote support and feedback.
