I have a Fuji XP70 and an X100V. Both are excellent cameras that I've used for years. However, this app and the XApp are both worthless. I've tried repeatedly across years, no exaggeration, to get either camera to connect to my iPad and my Pixel. No joy. I have to physically remove the SD card, put it into my PC and download to access from anywhere other than the camera. It's shocking that Fuji would let it's name be associated with either of these apps. Do better Fuji.

Finding it surprising in this day and age that a company as successful as Fujifilm (some of their cameras are in such demand, they can't ensure enough stock for months!) has made an app that fails to work most of the time. App is prone to crashes, has an unintuitive interface, and takes many attempts to connect to my Fujifilm camera to transfer images. To give a comparison, as I'm also a Canon user: Canon's Camera Connect app has worked flawlessly each time I've had to use it.

I have been using Fuji cameras for eight years with this app and it's predecessors. I have owned three different models and not once have I had a consistent experience. Some days it will connect. Then it won't connect for a few days. Uninstall, reinstall, reset everything, it doesn't work. Then it might connect two days later. I would never use this camera for professional photography. I used Canons for years and never had problems once they introduced cameras that connect. Just awful.
