I concede that the instructions aren't intuitive (OK, let's be honest here - they are utterly cryptic). BUT after a little reading, a little searching, and a moderate amount of hair-pulling I was able to get this to work - and it works PERFECTLY! This is a wonderful app once you understand how it works. Install this handy app on your device. Then open up Rack-2 Filer Smart on computer and set up a connection password from the Configure/Mobile Link-Connection menu at the top of the screen. Then select the binder (on the bookshelf) you want to export to the phone. Next, select "To Mobile" at the very bottom of the Binder Operations Menu on the left of the screen. It gives a pop-up screen with a warning about the export option being disabled. I didn't want that feature turned on, so I just clicked "OK". The binder converts to PDF and then a pop-up gives the remaining directions, starting with "Open Rack2-Filer Smart for Android" on the mobile device. Perform the final few steps, give it a few seconds to transfer the binder, and voila! It was totally worth the extra time it took to figure this thing out - I love it! Now I just wish they had a Kindle Version (hint-hint) :)
