Has everything a workout app should have , amazing interface, follow along a live human showing you vid of how it's done ( with a timer ) built in rest, built in 10 seconds more to go bell, beginner, intermediate and hard classes ( workouts follow along! ) Many more as I'm just learning 🙂 and it's free, hands down best free app on exercises. One that's better is fit coach but I'm paid in that for a whole year subscription. This app full control is Amazing 😍 !

This is the best workout app I've ever used. The bells let you know when to take a break and when to transition to the next exercise and the videos of how to do the exercises are perfect! There's plenty of time to get ready for the next exercise and it works for any fitness level/ age!!! Definitely don't need a gym membership anymore:)

Great app, basically a free version of freeletics, some good workouts, good to see some intermediate workouts, I've found that other apps only cater to complete beginners or pro athletes. There's a few things which could make the app better such as varied warm up routines and longer periods on the stretch off but can't really complain as it's free
