This is the companion app for the Tempur® Sleeptracker-AI® Monitor which makes your bed a smart bed. The Sleeptracker-AI® system is the first cloud-based, non-invasive IoT sleep optimization solution powered by artificial intelligence (AI) and integrated into the smart home.

The app provides detailed daily sleep graphs and sleep metrics derived from accurately and continuously monitoring the sleeper’s respiration rate, heart rate, and movements throughout the night. Easy-to-understand sleep graphs visually distinguish between periods when you were in REM sleep, light sleep, deep sleep, or awake. The AI Sleep Coach delivers personalized tips and insights to help you improve your sleep every night.

The AI Sleep Coach, powered by the Sleeptracker-AI® Artificial Intelligence Engine, provides effective, easy-to-implement, personal sleep tips based on a comprehensive analysis of individual sleep patterns.

RESPIRATION AND HEART RATE MONITORING
The Sleeptracker-AI® system monitors both respiration and heart rate accurately through the night for deeper sleep analysis, with your data displayed as easy to read charts in the app.

SLEEP CYCLE ALARM
Optionally select white noise that gently fades away after you've fallen asleep, then set a sleep cycle alarm that will help you Wake Up at the Optimal Time™ in your sleep cycle so you wake up refreshed and more energized.

AUTOMATIC SLEEP MONITORING
If you choose to record your sleep automatically, there’s nothing to do and nothing to wear. Optionally receive a notification in the morning when your sleep results are available and a daily email with your sleep summary and AI Coach insights.

The Sleeptracker-AI® system reports the following sleep-related statistics each night:
- REM sleep, light sleep, deep sleep, awake time
- Time at which you fell asleep and woke up
- Number of times awoken during the night
- Continuous respiration rate
- Continuous heart rate
- Sleep quality metric (scale of 0-100)
- Sleep efficiency (time spent in bed vs. total time asleep)
- Time it took you to fall asleep

So many issues with the app!! We bought the most expensive bed frame, but it is basically useless because none of the programmed relaxation experience only on very rare occasions connect. It's been incredibly frustrating. I wish I could return it. I strongly advise against getting a Tempurpedic. It is incredibly unreliable for the price.

I can't control the Bluetooth connections! Someone else has connected their TV to our bed and we hear their TV shows through our speakers. The only way to stop it is to unplug. When I plug back in it automatically connects to the last prior link and were back to someone else's TV. We literally can't use our bed and can't control who Bluetooths to our bed.

LOVE the app. HATE how it works! Sensors and app bed control rely on cloud servers. If the AWS bill stops getting paid (which is probably very expensive), all of that functionality dies as there is no local control. The same goes for any internet outage. There's the potential to turn this app into a subscription model, sell our data to offset costs, put ads in the app, or all three if they stop feeling generous. ADD LOCAL CONTROL, PUBLISH THE API! Give me control over the hardware I purchased!
