Has pros and cons The app is a good idea but it takes forever to earn enough points to actually use them for gift cards. The app is also not very good at detecting songs. Half of the time it can't figure out what the song is, but still gives the points, many times though it just says there is too much background noise or the volume is too low even though there is no background noise and the volume is pretty high and I have the phone next to the speaker. This should be corrected in the app.
A Castrophic Failure Be prepared to lose hours of your time to error & failure messages while trying to watch your favorite TV programs. You'll need to know how to do a factory reset on your phone because it will lock up, and not even turn off without the reset. [Just updated, still fails]. Update again: Still fails. Doesn't match music either.
Thieves Be careful if you love viggle perk has taken it over and they're thieves if you're inactive for so many days they take all your points and tell you that they resolved your issue and hope you continue to play so they can make money and take your points again I guess when you get around $50 that's too much for them I miss the original owners a viggle I spent countless hours and days on this app I wish I could give it a zero stars but that option is not available
Best rewards app out there I was skeptical when Perk took Viggle over, but it's much better since they did. There are some issues with it, but considering I can get free stuff, no complaints. Points add up quickly and there's no limit as long as you follow the rules. Support has been great. They always respond within a day or two. Thanks Perk. And no, I don't work for them.
Perk merger biggest ripoff ever Finally finished converting my 1.8 million Viggle points (which at one point could gotten me an ipad) and walked away with basically 80 bucks. Now I can uninstall this junk in piece, and never waste my life on it again
If I could give lower.... If I could give it lower, I would. It takes forever to get enough points to do anything with and then when you do.....they want all your information including your social security number. I have called discover (one gift card you can get) and they told me not to do it. They would never require that information. PERK told me that discover did require it. This is a scam. Don't bother yourself with it. There are other legit companies out there.
