Worse customer service ever! They think just because they make a comment here everything is fixed? Well no I've been having issues for ever and they tell me to go watch some other app, FYI all my shows ar3 recorded or they don't answer me. I've been waiting 2 months to get this issue resolved and when I've had other issues they just send me an en saying resolved and the date but they don't give my all my perk points I lost. Still the worst app ever to include customer service the btw love to fight with customers!
After the original Viggle owners sold their company to Perk Points it has been lame. Not only is it lame they also took all of my Viggle points. I logged in one day and they all disappeared, didn't even advise me that the were going to take my points.
Horrible crap. Used to be great. I had points earned and I logged in one day and they were gone. It was well over a year of earned points.....what was their response, "oops, sorry" The help sucks, way way too many bugs and glitches. Not worth the time for the prizes that are available.
I use to love this app and used it all the time now I don't really like it as much anymore. The way you earn points I don't like how they changed that and the trivia games that you would do with the show and about the show while it was on was great. Since they've changed everything I'm not a big fan of this app anymore. Should really put it back to how it use to be and with all of the great prizes that they had before to.
Don't waste your time downloading this app. I loved this app before it was bought by Perk. After that it went down hill but I stuck with it hoping it would get better but it didnt. After being unable to log in for the a month I lost all my points. Customer service deemed them null and void. What a waste of time with all the ads and how long it takes to accumulate points. Plus you can't get points for music anymore it's only tv shows and even with that it's hit or miss if the app even picks it up.
This app SUCKS!!! I used to love this app. I was able to earn a Kindle, a blue ray player and gift certificates. I was so close to having enough points for an iPad and without warning they decided to no longer offer gift cards or products. I didn't join for music or TV. I guess it's fine if that's what you want, but I have been really disappointed with the updates.
