I have to agree with the reviewers, after switching on the auto invest bots and getting lazy to screen through the allocated investments, I have 6 late payments and 1 bankruptcy. This is most defintely a loss on my end. Although my personal opinion is that some fields are misleading, especially on the summary page, the app has definitely been improving.

Installed the application and logged in via Wifi. It works intermittently. Raised the issue to them but it was dismissed as being my firewall issue. I logged in from laptop and mobile app, both using Wifi. Once I disconnect my Wifi, it works. I have given all the print screens, but they couldn't help further. Not sure if this is reliable platform. #worry

I have been using this app for over 1 and half years now, the UI/UX and information are very limited, you can't filter the specific borrower, you can't see the past performance of the borrower(on time/delay, etc), borrower can request multiple times! and there are not much options in auto investing therefore you could invest in same borrower multiple times! (Which I get my first defaulted, plus don't bother manually investing) I have raise the issue to the support team, nothing has changed.

We're sorry to hear about the situation. We understand where you're coming from and we'll be sure to share this feedback If we may explain, the factsheet info do contains the details of the issuer who made application and the number of notes which are still ongoing. As such we advised for investor to view the factsheet before making an investment.

What's new
