Disappointing sequel The original did a great job of tying the story to the puzzles and building a surprisingly strong creepy atmosphere. This sequel feels like they just threw a bunch of puzzles and locations together with some ghosts. I'm amazed at how much they missed the point of what made the first game so good. The visuals are still great and the bit with the snake was neat, but the soul is totally missing. I didn't even bother to finish. If they make another I hope they take the time to make it good.
Great game. Better than the first. I was able to play and beat it without any cheating or walkthroughs. I had to cheat to beat the first one. I recommend this game.
I couldn't putt it down This game was awesome. Less uncomplicated then the 1st part. And way mor e enjoyable. Make more games. What about a vampiric theam? Or even a zombie hunt. Would be great even a serial killer story. Just food for thought. This is a must have game worth every penny. Thanks for making it. Kudos for the creators and maker.
Meh First one was way better and this ending sucked. They need to come out with part 3 already
Bug ridden I loved the first game but this is a dissapointment. I have just started the game and already found three bugs. There is no letter in the kitchen. You can't cut the sack with the knife. The bag in the motel room does nothing. Why take money for a game that contains so many initial bugs. Stay clear.
Not bad but could be better I played the first Haunt. This one shared similar problems - background was blur, useless narrations, and lacked direction to unfold the story. The yellow fickering lights were a nusance. You've to tap all over the place to pick up something for the inventory, if you are lucky. Even with the moth hints you know the number of puzzle pieces to find but it's impossible to find them all. BTW I couldn't cut the hanging coins bag with the knife (tap not registered).
- Fixed train station puzzle piece hint false report.
- Fixed suitcase puzzle bug in motel room.
