My favourite app. I use it only for identifying wild plants, in B.C., Pennsylvania and Haiti. But I often use it on houseplants too, at the request of others. Occasionally it is incorrect, as must be expected, but the huge majority of the time it is correct, even when I am certain that my photo is a fuzzy mess. Really quite amazing. Wonderful tool for appreciating our planet.

After looking at your app and I started to subscribe, I decided not to finish it. It used to be free, but I realized there was now a charge. Apparently, you were able to get enough information to be able to remove the subscription price from my account immediately before I had a chance to finish removing it. I would appreciate this amount being refunded to my account. Hilda Sampson

This app has potential, but in its efforts to make it "effortless", this app is unnecessarily hamstrung. For example, 99% of users of this app know difference between a tree, a shrub and a flower, yet this vital piece of info cannot be inputted. All my early attempts at identification of trees via photos of leaves only, returned non-trees as app suggestions. Further, most trees have distinctive bark - some uniquely distinctive, yet this highly helpful info again cannot be inputted.
