Ratings and reviews

The new application/update is really bad. It is worse than the last update, which was also worse than the previous one. The present update does not display the indicators I have added. RSI, SSD, and Pivot do not appear on the display below the chart, but their allocated spaces are clearly there. Please fix this or go back to an older version, or allow users to use the older ones. Thank you

Initial impressions hate the graphics of the new app, no forward notice from fxcm this change was coming, so a nasty shock when the old app couldn't sign in, and i couldn't access my trading account. Login details weren't transferred over so had to be done manually, all the graph settings have been lost in the transfer so all indicators across the board will have to be reset manually and the new graphics literally hurt my eyes. In my humble opinion the move to this new app has been terrible.

Difficult to delete the horizontal, vertical & line. Previous version is much better. Interface are not stable. Selected indicator not appear. I just reinstall but still the same problem. I can't access the previous version 1.10, can u allow to use it?. it's difficult to trade with this new version & having problem to log in for ver 3.1
