Mirages of an unknown city have been seen around the world. Is it real or a hoax? While your detective agency is busy gathering information, your friend is dragged into the phantom city by black smoke. The only one who can save him, you must now enter the strangest place you’ve ever been—where magic, witchcraft and science work together, imagination turns real and weird creatures wander the streets. All around there are people and things gaining unusual abilities and a black smoke that seems to be alive, bringing with it enigmatic artifacts, secrets and dangers.

In order to rescue your friend and solve these unexplained phenomena, you will need to fulfill risky quests, explore dungeons, research amulets and get help from friends. Unravel the many mysteries of Shadow City as you fight monsters, confront a cult and rid the city of a horrible evil!

Ratings and reviews

One of my favorite games to play, but as of this evening, I can no longer zoom in on the scenes. Definitely need to be able to zoom, especially when doing the reflection/past, present scenes. Will keep trying, but if it continues, I will be uninstalling. EDIT: The issue is resolved and everything seems to be working perfectly! Changed to 5 stars!!

The "cost" to play a round and open new areas is astronomically too high. Sometimes you can only play 20 min and when you're just trying to chill that's frustrating. Also since it's Timed, difficult, and costly , I don't feel as though I should have to keep pouring real cash into it to play. It would be nice to have an easy setting or an opportunity to earn numerous hints a day. Overall pretty disappointing. I'll play a bit bc I'm interested, but I wouldn't recommend to a new player.

Overall a great game. Could be better though. Some things could be more intuitive. Update to my previous review. In past couple of days the game has been out of sorts. It doesn't recognize me as the player and when I try to login, another window pops up and says connecting to server but it never connects. I can enter the game but I don't know if all the effort I put in will be for naught. Also, today's challenge included charging a friend item, location, etc... it does the pop up window thing.
