Ratings and reviews

Nice charging station plenty of parking space. Very nice will use again.

I recently changed to an electric car from gasoline and, as a long time customer, thought I would use the Galp app for at least some of my charging. But, so far, the "carregar" section of the app neither allows me to add a payment card, nor to submit my details for permission to charge. I've gone from being a Galp wherever possible customer to a pretty much never Galp customer because they can't get their act together on the app. I'll unsubscribe from the newsletter too as I can't use vouchers.

This rate is related with the EV charging experience. to start it gives an error related with the location despite having permissions an all of that. when the map loads it takes forever to load the charging point information. and when selecting the plug it takes forever to communicate and after multiple retries it fails, complaining that the cable is not connected when it is (and there is no issue with the cable because it works with other operators).
