I purchased in-app package but I haven't received it until now. It's almost a month already. The amount was already deducted to me immediately upon purchase. Please rectify this.

Can't even play tried 3 devices. Never gets past first screen. Waited 15+ minutes on each device. Note 20 ultra, revelry ++, android emulator on PC.

Edit: Lately there has been an increase in hackers and honestly I don't blame them. Prices are asinine, $79.99 for a one star partner grip of highest tier, really devs? Not only that but the relics success rate is asinine too, the unknown kings crown for instance, I farm over 5000 of them and am only at lvl 122 of a possible 500, the last 4459 of them have gained me zero levels due to the rate being 0.1%. With odds like that it's no wonder people hack the game. It's impossible to get very far...
