Mostly depends on your connection strength. Size of screen can be a deal breaker for some games if you try to play on your cell phone and the game has info that you need, but it's fit to a large display. Some games you can play by touch screen, but that's not really great so far on the games I tried. If you get the little phone holder clip, it's a pretty good fit to play games with your Xbox controller and the phone attached to it. Worth the cost of ultimate.

Played on 4g with no lag. This is the best thing since sliced bread. I can play xbox games anywhere I have an internet connection. I was even playing while on a road trip where connection was going up and down and I didn't have a single issue. I used a Samsung S10 with Verizon 4G Unlimited plan. I played gears 5, Farming Simulator, and No Man's Sky. All had good responsivenessand no issues. This is the reason to join the Xbox ecosystem.

Being able to install games to your xbox from your phone is great and works almost flawlessly, but remote play can be a little laggy. The only real problem is that on my chromebook, the screen sizing was messed up a little and the controls were messed up so that i would keep looking up and left, and for some reason the triggers made it look down, which made it unplayable. Chomebooks sometimes have issues though so it is most likely just for chromebooks. It worked perfectly on my phone.
