Not a bad app... But why aren't all the rewards listed in the reward catalog. The point of the app is so I don't have to use the computer, but when missing rewards I have to use the computer anyway.

GameStop? More like LameStop! I'm a 6 yr former employee, I say be careful! This giant gaming corporation wants your $$$! They buy your games for chump change (20%less if you want cash) & turn it around & sell it for $5 less than the new sealed copy. This leads to you buying used games, signing up for their points card magazine bs, then maybe reserve a few games, & finally, their credit card with 27%apr. My advice is to buy from a friend, a smaller game store, Amazon, or eBay. LameStop doesn't care about you! They want your $$$$$$$$

Great potential When ever I look at my preorders to see where I am at as far as what I have paid it never show the correct amount or even close. Other than that a few minor cliches here and there and this would be the best in my opinion. Please fix and I will rerate

Pre Orders I went into one of your stores in the Baltimore, MD metro area. I did 3 preorders. But yet it still shows me only doing 1. All these preorders i paid in full. Don't get me wrong, I love gamestop especially when it comes to doing preorders. I still say there's a few problems with the app, that the sales representatives in the stores already know, that's why there verify your info & say yeah you paid in full or you still have X amount still left on your pre order.

Sign in It is a fine app but, it won't let me sign in it errors and says that I have incorrect credentials yet they are correct I have checked. Like it doesn't even attempt to log me in.

Love the app but... I love this app help when looking games and such but it troubles me when it comes to pre-orders. I've noticed even when for example, i put a deposit for something then slowly paid it off in full and the tax it still shows ive only paid half of it when in store and their computers shows that ive paid it off so please fix

Pre-Orders I, like others, would like to see the pre-order information be corrected. I have a game on pre-order, that I paid off, yet it shows my balance to be $50. While I know for a fact my pre-order is paid in full, it's a bit unnerving to see the app is incorrect.

Really.. So the pre orders has a glitch. Says I have 4 but I know I only have one. So unless the store has stolen my money and set up another pre order it needs to be fixed!

Connection problems The app itself is fine, but one thing that it is supposed to tell you is something is at a store near. However when you are on the road it doesn't connect, defeating it's purpose. Can't even check preorders and my Library.

Fix PreOrders my pre orders are wrong on the app and mobile website. I have a couple going right now and all the prices are wrong even for my fully paid game. I really enjoyed this app until this problem came up. Also I've picked up two games and they still show in inactive. I'd like a way to remove em.

So Many Issues... 1. You have to use your web browser to buy something. Come on GameStop! Amazon and eBay can manage it. 2. When you have an incorrect username or password, a message appears saying there was a problem signing in. I reset my phone and internet box before I realized I mistyped my email. Let us know when we get information wrong. 3. You have to call the stores to see if they can hold a game or something like that. Really? Why can't we text or email the store?! GameStop, please fix these issues.

STILL no horror category Horror is a big category, and it's always been left out. I'm a huge horror fan, but when I want to browse horror games, I have to go somewhere else, because you guys don't understand that it is its own category.

It forces me to change my password every single time I sign in. It says I have canceled pre orders when I dont. It says to pick games up from store when I did months ago. Ever since the last 2 updates not much has work correctly.

Preorders It won't let me enter my email and number so I can pick preorder. So then I have to call but I was on hold for 20 mins for a game I could find in the store in 5 mins.

Same as everyone else Great app but the pre-order list is wrong. It says I owe 54.99$ on barman arkham knight, but it also says I have picked it up. Fix for 5 stars

Ability to view preorders is great but...... Anytime I touch any item on the preorders page it locks up the phone and the only fix is a hard restart. Also some info is incorrect. It tells me "Canceled" for items that I have actually picked up.

The App is amazing but... The App doesn't update what it is supposed too. I have a whole bunch of games I cancelled or picked up and it still shows I have them pre-ordered and it doesn't update my library correctly it is still asking me if I have certain games and if I want too move them too "I have" "I want" "I had"

Nice game organizer I was always looking for an app that let me manage my games and this one was free. Plus I get all my stuff from Gamestop anyways and it shows my reservations. Nice app, very convenient. Update: It's even better now. I switched a pre order reservation, within two hours it updated already on the app and it shows you how much you still owe or if it's paid in full. Great app.

I would like this, but... This is a great app for looking for games on it, but there's one problem: the ordering. I tried to purchase a Toad amiibo and tried to checkout immediately, but it opens the site up and acts like nothing happened. Would be a great app if it wasn't for that.
