This app is terrible It doesn't talk to the rest of the phone. For example, if I am shown a link from my email that is from the Indystar, the link takes me to their webpage. The webpage asks to install the app (Which I already have) and will ask me to login even if I just did yesterday. Also since I have the app it should take me to the story in the app not the webpage. Especially since I'm already login to the app.
I am a subscriber, however I can't access half of the content. I am redirected to a "log in" page every time I try to get into locked content, meant for subscribers only. I am already logged in on the app, and I am unable to view most of the content.
Needs more feature I want to be able to use the app to report when my newspaper is not delivered or delivered late. Additionally, I'd like to be able to vacation stop requests and manage my bills through it. As a news app, it's fine, but it should integrate more into my billing account
Great news app Best app for indy
App functions better now. However, the new interface uses up way too much screen space with big blocks for each article with no ability to modify the presentation. I just want a list of topics that I can quickly scan before selecting.
New look same crap All this update did was dress up the same old pig in a new dress. The developers continue to ignore the numerous requests from users for the same Facebook comments capability that is offered on the Star's main site. Why is it that other news sites are able to do this with their apps but Gannett can't? I have emailed the developer numerous times and they have never bothered to reply once.
