400 dollars for a GPS and the app won't talk to the GPS saying it's not connected via Bluetooth but yet the GPS will make phone calls off my phone. real nice guys. this will be getting returned in the morning. There is no buttons. that makes it difficult to turn up volume and brightness. the GPS unit works as ot should. it's definitely nicer than the Rand Mcnally units. however the lack of buttons and non working app makes it difficult to use.

update-still no help from Garmin. I have Googled what I can do and have done everything it says. Thanks for nothing Garmin. App just continues to say Login Failed. I have reinstalled the app and tried everything I can. I Have even gone on the website and logged in there. Update- after a couple of months and no resolution I give up. All Garmin will tell me is "we don't know and we have no ETA on a solution." Deleted the app and without the app the unit is pretty much useless.

Absolutely useless ..... I have a Dēzl OTR1020, A $800+ GPS it doesn't work with the app. The app sucks, I've downloaded it at least 20 times. You set up an account, the user name and password doesn't work. Do a password recovery/change ..... STILL DOESN'T WORK ..... 100% USELESS ..... I've contacted Garmin, they were NOT helpful and they fall into the USELESS category as well .....
