locked into monthly subscription ive been locked into a monthy subscription on this app for over 12months... at $7.95 per month... ive contacted Telstra directly, who told me it had to be cancelled by garmin... contacted garmin, who told me it had to be cancelled by telstra... attempting to cancel via the apps instructions, and also telstra's instructions result in a never ending loop. hitting the "cancel subscription" button at the end of the process sends you back to telstra homepage.. i recommend just buying a $2 day pass when necessary
Can't even trial navigation No audio so couldn't trial properly. Also after putting our intended destination in it forgot where we were going and made up some random address. Wouldn't touch.
No maps Paid for subscription this morning as I'm travelling. Prior to paying I had maps and info, now I have no maps and it doesn't know where I am... On a major highway.
Rubbish app This app is now obsolete. It makes you download another app worth $30 and not free usage of data on telstra customers
Very unsatisfactory. Maps slow to show as I drive.Google maps much better. It being charged to my ph account. Can't delete or cancel subscription.
Overpriced, outdated and "subscription" model Don't waste your time on this, it's an overpriced yearly subscription based system and is horridly outdated.
