The is a really good concept, bit fails in reality. Here's why. You keep updating the app and forcing update before using it. So you are standing in line to get into a venue, open your phone to use the app, and you have to apply the update, which internet connection dependent takes anything from 5-15 minutes.... while holding up the queue. Everytime I open the app I'm stuck needing to update, and manually filling out the forms is quicker and easier. Stop forcing updates before using the app

Impossible to check out of any place since it causes the app to crash for some reason. Discovered that I had been checked into a bar for a few days because the check out did not work. Somehow managed to check out but now, trying to check out from another place I checked into causes the app to crash, effectively rendering it impossible to check out. What good is this app if it cannot fill it's primary purpose?...

The application is easy to use but the data protection and privacy terms are at bare minimum (no data retention policy for example). hotelpro4u is clearly a digital marketing company... Funny enough on the website of SocialPass, because the way the top menu is made, in French and "Deutsch" it is not possible to click on the Term and Conditions and Data Protection links. On the English site the Data Protection link is missing.
