Onboarding – As an executive working for a wholesaler, you can download the executive app so that you are directly connected with the wholesaler once he adds you to his panel. By doing so, you receive information of all the retailers on the panel and can see their pending payments in your dashboard.
Work seamlessly – In addition to adding retailers, the wholesaler also adds executives or salesmen who work for him to the app so that each executive gets his own app to manage payments. Now, every time there is a retail sale and an invoice is raised – both you (the salesman) and the retailer will receive the bill or invoice on your respective executive and retailer apps. This simple and quick process makes life easy for everyone, and eliminates human error as the invoice or bill is uploaded to both the retailer app and executive apps so that payment collection is easier without the need of any physical ledgers.
Collection process – The local collection process is simple. Based on the invoice amount, you (the salesman or executive) meet the retailer to collect money for the specified trade. However, instead of maintaining a manual ledger, you simply update the amount received in your app. Soon, a message is sent to the retailer and the wholesaler who can also download the updated invoice in his panel. And, that’s it. You don’t need to maintain any physical records and worry about making mistakes. Just upload the amount collected at anytime from anywhere on your app for seamless invoice management.
