To start with, a wholesaler must contact the Super Admin to have their Wholesaler account created. Once this is done, the wholesaler can add one or more retailers and executives (or salesmen) to carry out seamless transactions. Similarly, retailers can also have their retailer account on the app.
Onboarding – As a retailer, once a wholesaler adds you to his wholesaler account, you receive an SMS with a link. Once you click the link, you reach a screen where you can click to add the wholesaler to your list. If you don’t have an existing account, by clicking the Google download button present in the screen, will take you to a download page so that you can install the app and connect with the wholesaler instantly.
Work seamlessly – In addition to adding retailers, the wholesaler also adds executives or salesmen who work for him and the executive gets his own app to manage payments. Now, once you purchase any item from the wholesaler, to avoid human error, the invoice or bill is uploaded to both the retailer app and executive app so that payment collection is easier without the need of any physical ledgers.
Collection process – The local collection process is simple. Based on the invoice amount, the executive meets the retailer to collect money for the specified trade. However, instead of maintaining a manual ledger, the executive simply update the amount received in his app. Soon, a message is sent to the retailer and the wholesaler who can also download the updated invoice in his panel.
