About this app

With gazella, forget about the frustration of the menstrual cycle and begin to understand that the period is an ally to get fit. If you can not maintain a habit of exercise and healthy food constant, gazella is your app.

It does not matter if you are a beginner and you have never run, we will help you start without getting tired on the first day and achieving your goal: get fit, lose weight running, run your first 5k race ...
If you are already advanced and you are preparing for a 10-kilometer race, we help you maintain a healthy training habit without injury, overtraining or discomfort.

The gazella application is a health app for women designed and conceived exclusively for us, with personalized training and unique recipes adapted according to the menstrual cycle rule phases and the hormonal stages of women. The personal trainer app also includes videos of strength exercises with which to progress healthily.

During our cycle and stages of menstruation, symptoms associated with the menstrual cycle develop and hormones can influence our sports activity, nutrition and female health. According to the menstrual calendar, the application will design an exercise and training plan tailored to your goals and abilities.

Soon there will be premium options such as personalized diets, personalized plans, direct chat with qualified and recognized sport trainers ... We will also include sport for pregnant women and an exercise routine during pregnancy, pelvic exercises with which to strengthen the abdomen or specific exercises during the menopause.
