This system has changed the way I do business. Bookings have doubled (this is only my second year in the industry) and my schedule is consistently full. Scheduling is a breeze and I don't have to worry about sending out reminders. The condition reports help me keep track of what the piano needs and lets the client know what is going on with the piano. Thank you, Gazelle, I couldn't do this without you.
Well thought out. This seems to have everything I need
I have been using Gazelle since August 2016, and I have lost count of the improvements they have made to the system just in the last seven months! This companion app is a huge help out on the field, and greatly speeds up my daily tasks like editing or adding records, managing appointments, contacting customers, and more. The development team is very responsive: bugs in the system or the app have been fixed at record speeds, and new features seem to be added all the time. Since joining Gazelle Network, my schedule is busier than it has been in years!

I've used several different software programs (piano specific and general), apps and filing systems to try manage our client database. Gazelle Network is finally proving to be just what we've been looking for. We got in on the ground floor and realized early on this is what we wanted. It took a while to get significant functions up and running but patience has paid off. Our customers are loving the ability to automatically schedule and so are we. There's a lot more to this program that we haven't fully utilized yet but we're looking forward to making our own tweaks to the many settings that allow for customization.
