Worst experience with Chola. I had a vehicle loan with them. 1. They double charged the processing and document charges. 2. Their support teams is neither reachable over mail or phone. If you connect over their toll free number, after IVR call gets dropped. The people who were present during the loan disbursement never respond to calls or messages. i Will never take the chance of going through this traumatic experience again

if you bidding a vehicle by paying subscription you could not buy a single vehicle even you are the highest bidder. many of their managers and staffs were corrupted like government staffs. you only receive the message that now you have decided not to buy the vehicle, backing out after bidding may lead to blocking of account. Gaadi bazaar is the worst creation of murugappa groups.

Cholamandalam's system is one of the worst I have experienced. Even if you make an advance payment, they will still repeatedly demand payment when the due date arrives, deducting fines 2-3 times on each occasion. If there's any issue in making a payment for even a single day, you can expect 70-100 calls, despite explaining the issue. They continue to harass customers relentlessly.
