bad experience, they are charging me fines, for paying advance payment i start of month, even after clearing dues of fine, I'm getting fine in app every few months, and when talked with their staff they say no need to pay, we will settle in end, but fines are still deducting from my account, because of auto payment of loan.

"Very disappointing experience. I pre-closed my two-wheeler loan on 13 May 2026 and paid the full settlement amount, but I have still not received my NOC. The customer support service is very poor. Every time I call customer care, I am kept waiting for a long time without getting a proper resolution. Customers should not have to struggle this much even after closing their loans. Kindly improve your customer service and provide my NOC as soon as possible."
