Probably the best app for nutrition tracking. It might need some minor tweaks but in terms of actual nutrition tracking features currently it out preforms all other apps. It provides full nutrition tracking including micronutrients and it is very easy to use. It has huge and extremely accurate food data base with full micronutrients profle breakdown of almost all the foods and it even lets you decide what omega 3 to omega 6 ratio you want to aim for. UPDATE: Bugs I experienced related to the summer 2017 update have now been resolved. I've tried many nutrition tracking apps and this is the best. Huge food inventory, also easy to enter items not in their list, or create recipes. It tracks facts many other apps don't (e.g., iron). You can create and track any variable (e.g., how long you exercised) BUT it is easy to accidentally delete the column and lose all that data, so I quit using that.
Good app...and a suggestion... It would be great to see the nutional breakdown for the individual foods as well as the whole day...that way if it doesn't have high enough to help you boost a certain nutriment you can NOT eat that food that time and add a different food intead. Also would be better not to have to push the arrow to see...better if available o same page please?
It keeps freezing and showing there is no internet connection even though thats not the case So in order to use everyday I have to uninstall and reinstall it 😒
