Ratings and reviews

The customer care facility is very poor while trying to clear the doubts on the amount due. The chargeable number doesn't even have an option to connect to a representative. The card's total outstanding amount is not updated in the app and even without giving the option of auto debit, my account has been debited multiple times. There is a relatively high sum amount due that is showing which is not correct as I have paid all my monthly dues, but still the total outstanding keeps on increasing.

I’m really disappointed with the new update. My phone runs on Android 11, and after this update, the app completely stopped working. There’s no option to use it through a website either, which makes things very inconvenient. I understand that security is important, but completely blocking users with slightly older Android versions is unfair. Many customers like me still use stable devices on Android 11. Please provide at least a web option or restore compatibility — this has been a frustrating

had a very bad experience with this app and my SBI credit card. I was trying to make a payment within my credit card limit. Even though I had set the limit to the full amount, I kept getting a “limit exceeded” message. After 2–3 attempts, my account got blocked. I reported the issue via email, but I did not receive a proper response. I am still following up with them, and their customer support number is also not correct anywhere.
