Poorly designed. Confusing login process, must ask permission of GE to access stove via wifi. Permission supposed to be granted in 24 hrs, 72 hrs later still waiting. Can't use some features like air fryer w/o GE permission? This app is the one a consumer is direct to in stove manual. Yes, am using smart HQ app. Am a consumer not a service tech. Just want to access all features of this very expensive product. 4 days later and no response to request for access to the product I paid for.

Great app for field service providers the acces to tech sheets and manuals is extremely helpful

For the most part diagnosing, this device is very helpful. Unfortunately when trying to do a firmware updateit will take time out and you are unable to restart the download. You did have to tell a customer you now have to pay for a new control board to be installed. I think it needs some
