Ratings and reviews

This game is poor at best. The game's idea of "reconnaissance" is to have grunts run directly into a giant outpost and die, instead of using the environment to conceal the units like a normal reconnaissance mission. I played the resistance, which the game chalked up to be "ohhhh ambushes and strategies", but honestly, the strategy is so surface level that it doesn't matter. If you squint hard enough, you might see an rts. In reality, it's just another fake rts game like rise of kingdoms.

mostly pay to win edit: Since I'm called dumb for not able to understand game after playing it for over a year and spending hundreds if not thousand of dollar on it. I will never touch this game The progression is completely paid, you can't make any upgrade if you don't pay up. too much cash required, and for free to play, to make that much cash is impossible. After a certain point in game, it's also about catching others with progression, if my infantry is completely weak, my tactics useless!

It's good. It definitely has some vibes of the C&C series. But it also had the curse of all mobile games - you need to gather some specific resources to upgrade your units. So, at some moment it becomes "I need to spend the next week grinding resources to update my tank to go through the next mission" instead of "I need to adjust my strategy". That's unfortunate. I'm giving it four stars because it's a good game, but I'm just tired of grinding.
