3 of the items came defective after nearly 3 months it took to get to us. One of the blouses had a strap that was sewn backwards, the other was a material and style NOT even close to the picture (VERY misleading) and the third item was a different design than the picture. The communication with a rep is terrible because the app support kicks you out constantly and the messenger is automated. We will NOT order again from this site. HIGHLY disappointed!!!

Don't expect it's going to be easy or even possible to get ur money back! You're responsible for return shipping. I've been trying to return much of my almost $300 order. Different items are from different suppliers through IVRose. There are at least 3 that are defective/damaged from one of the packages. I've been asking about getting reimbursed or a prepaid label for shipping, but I can't get a straight answer for 9 days now. And stop putting up fake reviews! It just takes common sense to see!

It's a scam. I placed an order with them. The company did notify me that the processing period could take up to a week, but a month later, it is still processing. I reached out, and they told me they'd urge manufacturers to hurry, which they did, and my order was shipped. Then, a day later, my order and all interactions were gone. There is no trace of it on the app at all. But, the money was withdrawn, and i received a receipt, so I know I did place the order. The company refuses to fix this.
