This app sucks... This company left me and my children stuck on the side of the road for FOUR HOURS!! It's not fast, helpful, or customer service oriented. I will DISCONTINUE all my Policies And Never Ever Recommend Their Services. My Loyalty And Business Will NEVER Return.
Very easy to pay your bill with autopay and to file a claim, the process is very easy. It tells you when you can proceed to the next step after you call and it gets straightened out even if takes 48 hours or so to reach a person with the same insurance. Still excellent service and remember patience is a virtue.
Ive been using the mobile app for a couple months now and I no complaints! Ive been able to use it to make changes such as adding & removing drivers and vehicles. I was able to make a billing changes as well such as changing my due date, signing up for auto-pay, update my CC info, and of course make a payment. Thing works great! Made insurance easy. 👍
Quick and easy access to electronic copies of insurance cards, proactive account alerts, intuitive app layout, great roadside assistance help, and easy to compare policy changes before making them. The other insurance companies need to take a cue from how GEICO's app works!
Uses fingerprint log in. shows each payment amount and due date. If I want to make a payment instead of my scheduled auto draft it's just a couple clicks. It's simple & calming to interact with.
Love the options, great rates, easy sign up, payment, access to records & excellent customer service. I hope the claim services are just as good. I'm a first time member so we'll see.....fingers cross!
