App can't ever remember my login info even though I check the box to remember me. The app has been constantly telling me it isn't responding. Pops up like an error code on my phone, and I have to either click wait, (wait for it to correct error) or force it to shut down. Doesn't matter what one I click, it keeps popping up hindering me from seeing my maps. ALSO, just found out you can not use Google maps while driving, it affects your DriveEasy program/score, so I will be finding a new insurance

The DriveEasy app is working badly. It can't track my phone while handling the whole drive. When I make a call using a car stereo, it displays a handheld call even though I'm using a Bluetooth device. The last time I checked my record, it shows that I used my phone, but it can't indicate where it was. If I use Google Maps, it shows I touched my phone. Also, I use a wheel controller for phone calls or music, and it also shows it. This tracker is just to keep my score down.

App is completely nonfunctional. Every time I open it, it crashes. If I manage to actually make it into the app, it logs me out of everything, including Drive Easy. Drive Easy is completely broken. It doesn't matter what settings I have on my phone, it constantly un-enrolls me from the entire program and I have to call Geico Customer Service each time to get re-enrolled. The whole process takes hours and I have to do this almost weekly. I'm trying to switch insurances because this is a scam.
