Trackoya

GEJ PARTNERS

About this app

Trackoya is a modern mobile time clock that simplifies time tracking for field teams (security, cleaning, construction, events, transportation, retail). Your employees clock in with a single click from their phones, and you retrieve their hours for payroll processing.

ONE-CLICK TIME LOGGING BY THE EMPLOYEE
- The employee opens the app and types "Arrive" upon arriving at their workstation.
- Types "Depart" upon leaving their workstation.
- No manual data entry, no employee-side configuration.
- The employee has complete control over the timing of each clock-in/out.

ON-DEMAND ATTENDANCE VERIFICATION
- The phone's location is checked ONLY when the employee intentionally types "Arrive" or "Depart."
- No background location tracking, ever.
- No continuous tracking, no movement history.
- The employee sees ALL recorded locations of themselves in their app.
- The employee can opt out of clocking in/out at any time.

TRANSPARENCY & PRIVACY — TRACKOYA IS NOT A SURVEILLANCE TOOL
- No background location tracking.
- No silent monitoring.
- No access to the microphone, camera, or contacts.
- No cross-app tracking, no profiling.
- The employee installs the app themselves, on their own phone, with their consent
- GDPR compliant: configurable retention period, right to erasure, data access
- Published by GEJ PARTNERS SAS, a registered French company (SIREN 907 861 132)

EMPLOYEE DOCUMENTS (NEW)
