Super easy to deposit your money, but good luck with the hassle of getting your money out. 8 times I've linked a debit card only for it to keep saying "link a debit card", had to set up a manual wire transfer because UK banks doesn't seem to be on their pre-existing options. Avoid like the plague and use a competitor, even robinhood would of been better than using this...

As a new user I put in around £800 over a few weeks and after a while my portfolio went up to £1200 which was great but then to my surprise after about 30 days of use I opened the app to a screen saying my account had been frozen. I put in a ticket with their "customer support" straight away and all I got back was an automated message. It has been around 3 week's now and I'm still waiting for a reason that my account was frozen. I will remove this if they ever unfreeze my account.

Absolute garbage. Cannot add bank account via the app via Plaid as even when it says it's successful it then changes it's mind. Adding account manually doesn't work as even once it's verified it doesn't appear as an option to withdraw too. Had to log in to the website to do anything so what's the point of this app. Information provided about your portfolio is useless as well beyond simply telling you what it's currently worth. A painful experience from start to finish.
