Takes an eternity to populate the calendar when it opens. Hangs and gets stuck a lot. Worst app on my phone. It frustrates me at least once per day. I'm using a half year old Samsung Galaxy. I've had similar problems with versions of Genbook's previous phone apps, on past iphones and Androids. Genbook's customer reviews get me customers, and have good organic SEO. So I'm staying put.
Decent app but still several glitches that are difficult to navigate around. Plus, they jist raised rates by nearly 30%. Quality doesn't line up with rate raise imho
Doesn't allow me to delete appointments.
I've been using it for a long time, and the latest update force closes a lot on my Pixel, mostly when trying to edit an appointment. Also takes about 20 seconds to see my appointments that are already booked. I also wish I could manage appointment lead times from this app insurance of having to go to the site. Once the force close and lag time on seeing my day (makes it difficult to schedule when someone is standing in front of me and I have to just stare at the phone and wait), I'll change to five stars.
I use this app everyday to make appointments. Love this app. We run 2 tattoo shops with it.
