Ive just began using for a little over a week and it's been pretty reliable. Hope the food service continues.
I've been using Genbook Manager for quite awhile now and I continue to experience issues in regards to updating appointments. I often "block" and create "away" sections on my calendar which do not update on the app itself. Rendering the app useless. I reached out to the company and they advised me to bypass the app and go directly to the website in order to view my calendar. I get the sense that while they may be wanting to help, they are not experienced enough to find and fix issues promptly or lack the skill level needed to remedy tech issues on their own. I have lost probably hundreds of dollors with clients unable to book and the app creating false cancellations. I could go on but I'm hoping by listing some of the issues here in public, may allow for some improvement by the company as well as making those of you aware of potential problems that may affect your business. At this writing, I'm looking for a different software scheduler. I also want to add that the app on my mobile phone has the latest updates and that I have reached out numerous times to the company and still experiencing the same issues.

I HATE GENBOOK WITH A BLOODY PASSION!!!! I hate it. It randomly kicks you out for no reason. You try and log back in it will say password/email invalid. You can't log back in for days. Plus you can only see the week if you hold the phone sideways. Um sorry but I don't walk around holding my phone Sideways all the time. But unfortunately my boss likes it for some stupid reason so I'm stuck with it. Probably because she's too cheap to get something that works. I HATE IT. It's Stupid
Horrible. Doesn't have most recent calendar appointments and in some cases it has both what's recent and what i know already has changed. Completely unreliable
STAFF PREFERENCE INDICATOR: Added a new indicator in each booking (an orange push pin icon adjacent to the staff name) that displays when a customer requests a specific staff member, and when there was no preference (no push pin). This will help you manage your schedule more effectively and, when necessary, reschedule appointments with greater confidence.
