I've been using Genbook since December 2016 and it has been amazing. When I have questions I am always able to reach someone and get answers. I love it.
Genbook has been very helpful in getting my appointments scheduled by my calling service! Very helpful!
Love the pre pay option
This app logged me out. Now it tells me my password doesn't work. I hit the tab forgot password and it sends me to a page where you input your email and its supposed to send you instructions by email on resetting your password. The problem is I never receive an email. This has happened 3 times in the passed already. Last time it took 2 weeks to receive an email. I wish I didn't have to use this app but my employer has it set up for his business. Please fix this immediately. I have business to conduct.
I've been using Genbook Manager for quite awhile now and I continue to experience issues in regards to updating appointments. I often "block" and create "away" sections on my calendar which do not update on the app itself. Rendering the app useless. I reached out to the company and they advised me to bypass the app and go directly to the website in order to view my calendar. I get the sense that while they may be wanting to help, they are not experienced enough to find and fix issues promptly or lack the skill level needed to remedy tech issues on their own. I have lost probably hundreds of dollors with clients unable to book and the app creating false cancellations. I could go on but I'm hoping by listing some of the issues here in public, may allow for some improvement by the company as well as making those of you aware of potential problems that may affect your business. At this writing, I'm looking for a different software scheduler. I also want to add that the app on my mobile phone has the latest updates and that I have reached out numerous times to the company and still experiencing the same issues.
Ive just began using for a little over a week and it's been pretty reliable. Hope the food service continues.
- STAFF PREFERENCE INDICATOR: Added a new indicator in each booking (an orange push pin icon adjacent to the staff name) that displays when a customer requests a specific staff member, and when there was no preference (no push pin). This will help you manage your schedule more effectively and, when necessary, reschedule appointments with greater confidence.
