My experience has been pleasant overall. Customer service is quick and thorough. I Love the credit card capture to book feature, it has cut back dramatically on no shows. A real money saver. On the down side, 2 reasons it doesn't get 5 star. First, clients have to create a login to book an appointment. I've had many clients express frustration at 'another account.' Second, recently I've had problems with some reminders not being sent. All in all a good app.

I have been a Genbook client since at least 2009. I have seen the company grow and evolve to fit clients needs. And as my needs grow and change they have been able to accommodate me. I love, love, love this program. I appreciate the teams behind the scenes making everything run smoothly. If you're just starting out, established, a staff of 1 or 20+ this is a great program to use. It's easy, intuitive and and allows me to import or export lists based on criteria I set, which is awesome!

Having an issue that's probably use error but the devs have been super helpful so far and are looking into it for me! I love the ability for my clients to book themselves and the checkout feature is really nifty as well!! I was worried that switching from pen and paper would slow me down but the convenience of not having to book some clients myself makes up the slight difference in time it takes to really just open the app. Once you start getting clients in the database, it's quite smooth.
