Ratings and reviews

The receipt scanning feature has about a 75% failure rate. I've pretty much stopped using this because almost every time I scan a receipt that should have points, it doesn't pick them out. So, I'll tell them about it, they respond with some message about how they'll look into it, then I never hear back. It misreads the receipt a lot.I'll snap the photo, it accepts it and as I read through the receipt, there's often 4 or 5 items listed that I didn't purchase. Wish they'd go back to the old way.

This would be a great idea if they could make their app work. I wasted a lot of time trying to scan a couple receipts and was very disappointed to find out most the box top rewards were left out. So I tried to recover them by scanning the barcode but that doesn't work either. Somebody should look into why they can't make this app work because schools are losing out on a lot of money.

Starting on 1-27-2023 the app refuses to open. I can no longer use it. All other apps working fine. Was there an update that is no longer compatible with Android phone? Yes I removed app and reinstalled it a couple of times still no success. I have also done a soft reset on my phone that didn't help either.
