I have been disappointed with this app for the last several months, since I have had one or more missing Box Tops items with each grocery receipt. I reported the missing items, as instructed, but I didn't receive any confirmation that the credits had been added as I have in the past. I am unsure that all my purchases have been credited to the school.

dont waste your time. never works for me. Correction it worked once as it should and the last (and 2nd time) i had to go around scan. it always says there were no box tops on my order, which there's an option to go around and scan the barcodes, but sometimes I wait til the whole week to scan in all receipts. I'm not going to walk around kitchen or dig boxes out. I still try once in awhile but I'm about ready to just delete app. I kids aren't in elementary anymore, I was just trying to help

Most of the items that have box tops fall under the category that I would consider junk food or they contain allergens for my family. The camera, to scan a paper receipt, is too finicky and most of the time I have to rescan things. I have never cared for this app but continue to try to earn boxtops because it helps out my child's school.
