App worked well until now. About 2 weeks ago I was getting a network error. This is the only app having that error. So today I uninstalled and reinstalled but when I tried to connect through Facebook (because that was how I signed in before) it gives me an error that an account was already being used but won't give me the option to sign in instead of create an account.

I've used the BT app for a long time. Mostly it works great. I know there have been times that I've had qualifying products that the scan didn't pick up from the receipt. The process of having to scan the product is time consuming for me. Usually I don't scan right away for various reasons. When I do I would rather not need to go dig out the product or I've already used it and can't go scan it as it's been disposed of. I don't know what could make the process more convenient but that is my issue
