The app takes/keeps all you info even after rejection, they don't respond to emails SCAM ALERT
Clunky and not well thought out (like the majority of GM cars i suppose). Not useful. Not interesting. Not a value.
I live in boston,mass and their never have any cars available in my area on this maven gig app waste of time
Good competitor to Zipcar in Baltimore. Its selection of cars is a lot smaller, but less people know about Maven so they're much easier to reserve than Zipcar. Prices are comparable, and the cars are always kept in good condition. Only downsides are that they precharge you $75, and the car takes longer to unlock with Bluetooth compared to Zipcar's NFC card.
The app earned 4 stars because it's useful to just use my phone, there are cars available when I need them, and they have finally expanded to the South Loop across the street from my house. App still times out from time to time. Also, I see no reason to have a "remote start" option if you need to be near the car to activate anything. I don't have a car and would use it more if there were more deals.
This is really frustrating MAVEN my account was suspended due to 2 fail attempts on your side of the line and 2 fails on my side my card couldnt be charged for some apparent reason and i had more than enough funds to pay for multiple reservations. I called my bank and spoke with maven representatives. I have been waiting emailing in countless of time to have my account unsuspended and im still waiting about 3 weeks later going on 4 (WHATS GOING ON) all im reciving is case numbers i just want my account opened back up is that to much to ask ive been nice about im not rude at all.
