I dismissed the angry reviews and tried using it anyway. The car wouldn't open and I had to take an Uber instead. Don't make my mistake.
App is super buggy, often showing times in Eastern time when I'm in Pacific time, and not letting me pick the hours that I want.
Super glichy and slow I don't like this app. Needs to be fixed
1. The app prompted me to ever my reservation start time in Pacific time and end time in eastern time 2. Could not connect to vehicle, presumably due to parking garage restricting GPS/network 3. Could not "end reservation" when asked to do so by tech support, due to not being connected to the vehicle One positive is that tech support was nice, if not helpful. But there's not much they can do when faced with the abject distinction of this system.
I have a Nexus 5X and I was not able to connect to the car. I had to call to cancel my reservation and email them for a refund. Be aware as they have issues with some phones models. This is what they told me in their email "we recommend that our customers using Nexus 5X refrain from using the service at this time" If the app is not working properly, you can't use the service. What a disappointment!
This system is total garbage! I've been trying to log in to the app for nearly an hour with no luck. Tech support says the entire network is down and to just try again later. What happens to everyone who has an active reservation and can't return the car...?
