Will love to use it but you only have a selective few location and I can not make it to non of them. Only if San Diego was in there but it's not. You only have LA that's 80miles away to pick it up. Other than that I see potential in this app. Hopefully u guys can expand your locations for customers to jus go and get the car and when they are done then can just drop back off and call it a day.
I was once stuck in a parking garage after Maven failed to provide the required key card to exit the garage. I was charged for the hour plus I was on the phone with OnStar working out the issue, and I only got a discount coupon that expired within a couple weeks as remuneration.
I entered my info to sign up. The app crashed, so I owned it again. I tried to sign up again, and it said my email was already in use, so I tried to sign in, and it said that too many failed logins had locked me out and that I had to call a number. I called the number, and the call crashed on dial up. ... I'm still interested? But... Little help?
I barely signed up and was trying to reserve a car and it kept saying to update payment which I did but then kept saying error occurs so now I'm locked out of my account. Worse experience ever with this app and I didn't get to even use yet
My first experience while signing up in the app was bad. While entering the license details through my mobile I selected other state in US as I have Indian license and then couldn't proceed as it kept on asking me to enter other state for which there was no text box. Also the date picker inside app forced me to go through all the years and not enter the date manually. Had to ultimately shift to browser to finish the signing part. The app needs some improvement.
