Dependable, convenient and excellent customer service. The on star allows you to contact cust service while in the vehicle. I have been a member of zip, get around, and enterprise (before their recent demise) and maven tops these other services ten fold. I'm a loyal customer until you are no longer around or I move to a rural area. Lol! I think you need a referral program because I have friends who have joined because of me.
Service see.ed good but did not have vehicles available in my area I live in queens ny they had cars in Brooklyn and Manhattan but not in queens if this was an anomaly where the time I checked all the cars in queens weren't available I could understand but its unlikely. Perhaps when they expand but as of right now it won't be a service I will use.
Absolutely LOVE Maven because it is cheaper than Zipcar and the cars are nicer, however lately the app has been insanely slow. The app will be stuck on the map loading for several minutes before I can even see which cars in my area are available. Please fix the loading issue, it makes the app difficult to use.
Without Maven I would have never been able to experience driving so these new GM cars and be able to drive to place I was unable to before. The app is pretty slow but after you get behind the wheel it's amazing. Using it almost every day for 4 months.
The app is unusable on a Galaxy S8. It just keeps trying to load the map, but nothing happens. Other times it just gets stuck on the splash screen. Fix this. It's very annoying and I find myself having to use zip car or enterprise car share.
They have made noted improvements since I joined. However, in areas with bad or no cell service there remains the risk of being unable to access the vehicle via the app, which is still of concern.
