Since I have downloaded this app, I have not been able to load money using the add funds option! I have to use the autopay option. Which is not as convenient! Sometimes it takes 48 hours for funds to be available. I don't always know when I'm going to need to take the bus. Alot of times I'm having to pay cash and paying $2 a ride can add up quickly when it takes 3 busses to get to one location. I should only be paying $5 for a day pass.because they don't offer that on the bus anymore. UNHAPPY

Don't do it!!! I knew better. I wanted to have this option in case for some reason I didn't have cash I wouldn't be stuck. But like absolutely everything that Palm Tran does this is garbage. I was told that once I reach $20 it would stop charging me for the week as $20 is the price of a weekly bus pass. It charged me $36, $6, then another $4 another $6. I've left over 15 messages with customer service and no one will respond. I've spoken to supervisors and they will not fix the problem.

So many deficiencies. Separate app for routes and times. Errors in getting charged multiple times. Bus drivers being surprised and unaware this is also a method to pay. Using this method to pay as a senior and sometimes getting charged full fare.
